Delete Your PHARMAISH Account

We respect your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your PHARMAISH account and associated personal data, please submit the request below.

Your request will be reviewed by our Privacy Team and processed within 7 working days after successful identity verification.

Your PHARMAISH account will be permanently deleted after verification.
Your profile information and saved addresses will be removed.
Uploaded prescriptions will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
Certain payment, taxation, audit and statutory records may be retained where required by applicable law.
